DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R72 SECTION 1

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 306 OF 2012.

By virtue of section 40(1 )(b) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
               Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998),  I hereby amend Declaration No. 306 of 2012 by substituting paragraph  I of
               the Schedule,  being the descriptive declaration of the route from  the farm  Nanaga  Hoogte 299 up to the
               town of Alexandria, with the accompanying sheets 1  to 19 of Plan No. P930/17.

In the town of Alexandria the route enters the town along R72 Section 1 from the West and follows the street
               known as Voortrekker Street at the time of declaration.
