DECLARATION AMENDMENT  OF NATIONAL ROAD  N2 SECTION  8

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION NO'S.  59 OF 1979, 115 OF 1978,675 OF 2000,262 OF 1976,
                                             112 OF  1995,213 OF 1985 AND  29 OF 1979.

By virtue of section 40( 1 )(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and  National  Roads Act,
                   1998 (Act No.7 of 1998),  I hereby amend the following declarations (I) Declaration No.  59 of 1979,  the
                   section of the route from the eastern bank of Swartvlei  to  the end on  strip  No.  7 of sheet No. 3 of  Plan  No.
                   P285/78, (II) Declaration No. ·115 of  1978 in  its entirety, (Ill) Declaration No.  675 of 2000 in its  entirety,  (IV)
                   Declaration No.  262 of 1976 in its entirety,  (V) Declaration  No.  112 of 1995 in its entirety,  (VI) Declaration
                   No.  213 of 1985 in  its entirety and (VII) Declaration No. 29 of 1979, the section of  the route from points
                   L 123 and R 115 up to the Blaauw Krantz River on strip No. 2  of sheet No. 1 of Plan No.  P286/78,  by
                   substituting with the subjoined  sheets  1 to 51 of Plan No.P797/11 which overlaps the National Route N2
                   Section ax in certain areas.
