DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N1 SECTION 21

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION NO’S. 2015 OF 1988, 1362 OF 1996, 1370 OF 1993, 259 OF 1978,
                740 OF 1993, 226 OF 1979, 763 OF 1993 AND 218 OF 1982.

By virtue of section 40(1 ){b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act,
                1998 {Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend (I) Deciaration No. 2015 of 1988 the section of the route from
                points L25A and R30 on sheet 3 of Pian No. P368/88 up to its end, (II) Declaration No, 1362 of 1996 in its
                entirety, (III) Declaration No.  1370 of 1993 in its entirety, (IV) Declaration No. 259 of 1978 in its entirety, (V)
                Declaration No. 740 of 1993 in its entirety, (VI) Declaration No. 226 of 1979 in its entirety, (VII) Declaration
                No. 763 of 1993 in its entirety, (VIII) Deciaration No. 218 of 1982 from its start up to points L123 and R118
                on sheet 1  of Pian No. P328/82, by substituting all sheets of their respective Pfans with the accompanying
                sheets 1 to 41 of Pian No. P809/12.
