DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N11 SECTION 12

A M E N D M E N T   O F  D E C L A R A T IO N   N o’s  1227  O F  2004 A N D   1137  O F   2005.
                 i)  B y virtue of Section 40(1 )(b) of T h e   South African  National  R oads  A ge n cy Limited and National  R oads
                   Act,  1998  (A ct N o.  7  of  1998),  I  hereby am end  (i)  Deciaration  No.  1227 of 2004  by substituting
                   paragraph  (I) of the Annexure,  being the  section  of the descriptive deciaration of the route from  the
                   com m on  boundary between the farm s  Rietfontein  736-KS and  Boschhoek 893-KS up to its Junction
                   with  National  Road  N1/25X,  (ii)  Declaration  N o.  1137 of 2005 b y substituting paragraph  (I)  of the
                   A nnexure,  being  the section  of the  descriptive declaration  of the route from Marble Hail up to com m on
                   boundary between  the farm s  Rietfontein  736-KS  and  Boschhoek  893-KS,  with the accom panying
                   sheets  1  to 21  of Plan  No.  P894/16.

ii)  B y virtue of Section  40(1)(a) of T h e  South African  National  R oads A g e n cy Limited and  National R oads
                   Act,  1998  (A ct No.  7  of 1998),  I  hereby declare the section of the  Provincial  Road  P51  Section  1,  as
                   declared  b y all Adm inistrator's  Notices which  might  be  relevant to this section of road,  com m encing
                   from  the Junction  between  National  R oad  N 1 1  Section  12  and  National  Road R573 Section  3, from
                   w here it  proceeds  in  the general  northerly direction,  follows the street known  as  First A ve n u e  at the
                   time of declaration,  up to  points  L1  and  R1  on  sheet  1  of Plan  No.  P894/16,  in the town  M arble  Hall,
                   as a  National  Road.
                 iii)  B y virtue of Section  40(1 )(a) of T h e  South African  National  R oads A g e n cy Limited  and  National  Roads
                   Act,  1998  (A ct  No.  7  of  1998),  I  hereby declare the section  of the  Provincial  Road  P51  Section  1,  as
                   declared  b y all Adm inistrator’s  Notices w hich  might be relevant to this  section of road,  com m encing
                   from  points  L138 and  R161  on  sheet 9  of Plan  No.  P894/16,  from w here  it  proceeds  in the general
                   northerly direction,  foilows  the  street known  as  Main  R oad  at the time of declaration,  up to points L139
                   and  R162  on  sheet  9 of Plan  No,  P894/16,  in  the  town  Roedtan,  as a  National Road.
