DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N2 SECTION 15

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 172 OF 2009.

By virtue of Section 40(1 )(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and  National Roads
                 Act,  1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No.  172 of 2009 by substituting it in its entirety,
                 vwth the accompanying sheets 1 to 22 of Plan No. P900/16.

In the town of King William’s Town the route enters the town along N2 Section 15 from the west and
                 follows the street known as Cathead Street at time of declaration in a general eastern direction, therefrom
                 follows the street known as Buffalo Road at the time of declaration in a general southern direction, from
                 there follows the street known as Grey Street at the time of declaration in a general eastern direction, from
                 there follows the street known as Alexandra Road at the time of declaration in a general southern
                 direction.
