DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N2 SECTION 28

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No.’s 17 OF 1979, 806 OF 1995,  189 OF 1985 AND 124 OF 1982.

By virtue of section 40(1 )(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act
                1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend (I) Declaration No.  17 of 1979 in Its entirety, (II) Declaration No.
               806  of  1995  in  its  entirety,  (III) Declaration  No.  189  of  1985  in  its  entirety,  (IV) Declaration  No.  124  of
                1982, the section of the route from its start up to the middle of the Umhlatuze River on Sheet 1  of Plan No.
                P307/81, by substituting it with the accompanying sheets 1  to 19 of Plan No. P993/17.
