AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 547 OF 2003

By virtue of section 40(1){b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act,
                1998 {Act No. 7 of 1998),  I  hereby amend Declaration No.  547 of 2003 a part of paragraph(l) by changing
                the  route's  description  and  direction  from,  National  Road  N5  Section  2  commencing  from  Kestell  up to
                Bethlehem, to National Road N5 Section 3 commencing from Bethlehem up to Kestell.
