DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N6 SECTION 5

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 2136 OF 1992.

By virtue of section 40(1 ){b) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
                Act  1998  (Act  No.  7  of  1998),  i  hereby  amend  Declaration  No.  2136  of  1992  by  substituting  a  part  of
                paragraph 6  of Schedule A,  being the descriptive declaration  of the route from  its junction  with  National
                Road N6 Section 4 in Jamestown up to the middle of the Orange River, with the accompanying sheets 1 to
                24 of Plan No, P962/17,

In the town of Jamestown the N6 Section 5 enters the town from the South and follows the street known
                as Voortrekker Avenue at the time of declaration.

In the town of Aliwal North the N6 Section 5 enters the town from the South and follows the streets known
                as Somerset Street and Mitchell Street at the time of declaration.
