DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R56 SECTION 3

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No, 305 OF 2012,

By virtue of section 40(1 )(b) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
                Act, 1998 {Act No. 7 of 1998),  I hereby amend Declaration No. 305 of 2012 by substituting paragraph
                A(lll) of the Schedule,  being the descriptive declaration of the route from its junction with Trunk Road 50
                Section 2 up to its junction with National Road N6 Section 4, with the accompanying sheets  1  to 13 of
                Plan No. P907/18.
                In the town of Moiteno the route starts at the junction with streets known as Brounger Street and Brownlee
                Street at time of declaration, therefrom follows the street known as Brownlee Street in a general south
                easterly direction at the time of declaration.
