DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R62 SECTION 8

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 305 OF 2012.

By virtue of section 40(1 )(b) of the South African  National  Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
                Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 305 of 2012 by substituting paragraph C(HI)
                of the  Schedule,  being  the  descriptive  declaration  of the  route from  Kareedouw up  to  its junction  at the
                Trifolia  Interchange with National Road N2 Section  10, with the accompanying sheets  1  to 13 of Plan No.
                P923/16.

In  the town  of Kareedouw the route enters the town along  R62  Section  8 from the West and follows  the
                street known as Van Riebeeck Street at the time of declaration.
