DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R75 SECTION 3

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 305 OF 2012.

By virtue of section 40(1 ){b) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
                 Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 305 of 2012 by substituting paragraph (IV) of
                 the Schedule, being the descriptive declaration of the route from Woiwefontein up to Jansenville, with the
                 accompanying sheets 1 to 14 of Plan No. P975/17.
                 In the town of Jansenville the R75 Section 3 enters the town from the South and follows the street known
                 as Bridge Street at the time of declaration.
