A.     DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R54
                     AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 784 OF 2012.

By virtue of Section 40(1 )(b) of The South African National Road Agency Limited and National
                     Roads Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 784 of 2012 by
                     substituting paragraph H of the Annexure, with the following description:
                     The section of Route R54 commencing from its junction with National Road N12 Section 17
                     east of Potchefstroom, as declared by Government Notice No. 756 of 2007, from where it
                     proceeds in a general easterly direction along the existing Provincial Road P24 Section 1, up to
                     the general boundary between the farms Elandsfontein 561-IQ and Patriotsfontein 558-IQ,
                     where it terminates as a National Road.

(National Road R54: Potchefstroom -  Elandsfontein 561-IQ/Patriotsfontein 558-IQ, a
                     distance of approximately 42.6km)

B.     DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R501

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 784 OF 2012.

By virtue of Section 40(1 )(b) of The South African National Road Agency Limited and National
                     Roads Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 784 of 2012 by
                    substituting paragraph J of the Annexure, with the following description:
                     I)   The Section of Route R501  commencing from the Vaal River, including the Inter-
                          Provincial Bridge , from where it proceeds in a general northerly direction along the
                          existing Provincial Road P114 Sectionl, up to the junction with Provincial Road P89
                          Section 2, south of Potchefstroom where it terminates;

II)   The Section of Route R501  commencing from a point in line with the northern boundary
                          of the surveyed erven north of Potchefstroom at time of declaration, from where it
                          proceeds in a general northerly direction along the existing Provincial Road P89 Section
                          1, up to where it joins Provincial Road P111  Section 1;

ill)   The Section of Route R501 from where it joins Provincial Road P89 Section 1, from
                          where it proceeds in a general easterly direction along the existing Provincial Road P111
                          Section 1, up to the general boundary between the farms Driefontein 355-IQ and Uitval
                          280-IQ, where it terminates as a National Road.

(National Road R501: Vaal River - Driefontein 355-IQ/Uitval 280-IQ, a distance of
                    approximately 86.3 km)
