DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R36 SECTION 4

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 538 OF 2014.

By virtue of section 40{1 )(b) of the South African  National Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
                Act 1998 {Act No.  7 of 1998),  I hereby amend Deciaration No. 538 of 2014 by substituting paragraph M(l)
                and  (II)  of the  Schedule,  being  the  descriptive  declaration  of  the  route  from  Mpumalanga  /  Limpopo
                Provincial Border up to its junction with National Road R36 Section 5 and Provincial Road  R527, with the
                accompanying sheets 1  to 30 of Plan No. P1003/17.
