SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT NO. 16 OF 2013)

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE JOINT MUNICIPAL PLANNING TRIBUNAL FOR THE HIBISCUS
            COAST,  EZINQOLENI  AND UMZUWABANTU MUNICIPALITIES  IN TERMS OF SECTION  35(1) OF THE
            SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT 16 OF 2013)

Notice  is hereby given  that the Hibiscus Coast Municipality  together with the  Ezinqoleni Municipality and
            Umzuwabantu  Municipality appoints the  following persons  as  members of  the Joint Municipal Planning
            Tribunal (established in terms of section 34(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013
            (Act 16 of 2013)) in terms of Section 35(1) of the said Act and that the Joint Municipal Tribunal is in a position
            to commence operation.
