Notice is given in terms of the provisions of section 2(1) of the Removal of Restrictions
                Act, 1967 (Act  84 of  1967),  that  the  MEC  for  The Department  of  Cooperative
                Governance,  Human Settlements  and Traditional  Affairs  has,  with effect  from  20
                September 2016, approved the removal of the restrictive Title conditions of Title Deed
                T356/2009, P3, Section A.5. (a), (b), (c) and (d) in order to facilitate the rezoning of Erf
                1316, Upington.

Notice is given in terms of the provisions of section 2(1) of the Removal of Restrictions
                Notice is given in terms of the provisions of Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act [Act 16 of
                Act, 1967 (Act  84 of  1967),  that  the  MEC  for  The Department  of  Cooperative
