Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and
                upon instructions of the Local Authority, a notice is hereby given that conditions/s B.4. (a),(b),(c) and
                (d) in Deed of Transfer No. T17428/2012 applicable to Erf 516 Westering is /are hereby removed.

and (e) contained in Deed of Transfer No. T17579/1964 and held by Deed of Transfer T12543/2021
                applicable to Erf 2029 Gelvandale are hereby removed.
