AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No's. 236 OF 1972, 258 OF 1978, 144 OF 1979, 267 OF 1979, 2448
                 OF 1992 AND 2914 OF 1992

By virtue of Section 40 (1)(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads
                Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend (I) Declaration No. 236 of 1972 by substituting the
                descriptive section from the Farm Baunton 2164 up to the Farm Middelpunt 100 of Schedule Part B, (II)
                 Declaration No. 258 of 1978 by substituting the section from the common boundary between the Farm
                Vaalbank 127 and the Farm Galippoli 1548 on sheet 8 of Plan No. P265/1977 up to points L500 and R500
                on sheet 9 of Plan No. P265/1977, (III) Declaration No. 144 of 1979 by substituting it in its entirety, (IV)
                 Declaration No. 267 of 1979 by substituting it in its entirety, (V) Declaration No. 2448 of 1992 by
                substituting it in its entirety, (VI) Declaration No. 2914 of 1992 by substituting it in its entirety, with the
                accompanying sheets  to 25 of Plan No. P886/15.
