NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS
                     OF SECTION 56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986
                                                 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)

AMENDMENT SCHEME
                  We, Makamasi Development Planning, being the authorized agent of the owners of Portion 984 of the
                  farm Roodekopjes of Zwartkopjes 427, Registration Division JQ, North West, hereby give notice in
                  terms of section 56 of Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that
                  we have applied to Madibeng Local Municipality for the amendment of the Peri-Urban Areas Town
                  Planning Scheme, 1979  in operation by the rezoning of the property described above from
                  "Agricultural" to "Place of Instruction" for a College.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of: Madibeng
                  Local Municipality, 53 Van Velden Street, Brits, for a period of 28 days from the first publications.

Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to
                  the above or be addressed to: The Municipal Manager, at the above address or at P 0 Box 106,
                  BRITS, 0250, within a period of 28 days from the first day of publications.

                                         DORPE, 1986 (ORDONNANSIE 15 VAN 1986)

                   Ons, Makamasi Development Planning, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaars van Gedeelte
                     984 van die plaas Roodekopjes van Zwartkopjes 427, Registrasie Afdeling JQ, Noordwes, gee
                   hiermee ingevolge artikel 56 van Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15
                   van 1986), dat ons aansoek gedoen het by Madibeng Plaaslike Munisipaliteit vir die wysiging van die
                     Buitestedelike Gebiede Dorpsbeplanningskema, 1979, in werking deur die hersonering van die
                            eiendom hierbo beskryf, vanaf "Landbou" na "Plek van Onderrig" vir 'n Kollege.

Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van:
                  Madibeng Plaaslike Munisipaliteit, Van Veldenstraat 53, Brits, vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf die
                  eerste publikasie.
                  Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet skriftelik aan die bokant ingedien of gerig
                  word of kan word gerig aan: binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf die Munisipale Bestuurder, by die
                  bovermelde adres of by Posbus 106, Brits, 0250, die eerste dag van publikasies.
