TLOKWE CITY COUNCIL
                 POTCHEFSTROOM AMENDMENT SCHEMES 1925 AND 1936

It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of Section 57(1)(a) of the Town Planning and Townships
                 Ordinance, 1986, that the Tlokwe City Council has approved the amendment of Potchefstroom Town
                 Planning Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning of the under-mentioned properties from its present zonings to
                 the new zonings, as indicated below next to each property,
                 subject to certain conditions.

Map 3 and the scheme clauses of the amendment schemes are filed with the Directorate, Department of
                Local Government and Traditional Affairs, North West Provincial Administration, Potchefstroom, and the
                Municipal Manager, Dan Tloome Complex, corner of Sol Plaatjie Avenue and Wolmarans Street, (PO
                Box 113), Potchefstroom, and are open for inspection during normal office hours.
                These amendments are respectively known as Potchefstroom Amendment Schemes 1925 and 1936
                and shall come into operation on the date of publication of this notice.
