ELLISRAS EXTENSION 78 - LEPHALALE MUNICIPALITY
                                                LOCAL AUTHORITY NOTICE
                         NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF TOWNSHIP: REGULATION 21
              The Lephalale Local Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section 96(1) and (3) read with Section
              69(6) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance No. 15 of 1986), that an application
              to establish the township referred to in the Annexure hereto, has been received by it.
              Particulars of the application are open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal
              Manager: Planning Services, c/o Joe Slovo and Douwater Streets, Onverwacht, Lephalale, for a period of 28 days
              from 30 August 2013 (the date of first publication of this notice).
              Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged in writing and in duplicate with the
              Municipal Manager at the above office or posted to him/her at Private Bag X 136, Lephalale, 0555, within a period
              of 28 days from 30 August 2013.

              Number of erven and proposed zoning:
              48 Residential 1 erven, with a minimum erf size of 700m2,
              4 Residential 2 erven (20 dwelling units per ha),
              2 Residential 3 erven (40 dwelling units per ha),
               1 Erf for Private sport club that will accommodate formal sport facilities,
              4 Erven for Private open space and
               1 Erf for Security and access

              Locality of proposed township:
              The township is situated along (Steenbokpan Road) and east of Jan Street. The Ellisras High School borders the
              southern and eastern boundary of the proposed township.
