                                            MADIBENG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
                                           BRITS AMENDMENT SCHEME 1/703
               Notice  is  hereby  given in  terms  of  the  provisions  of  Section 57(1)(a)  of  the Town  Planning and
               Townships  Ordinance, 1986  (Ordinance  15  of 1986) that the Madibeng  Local  Municipality has
               approved the Amendment of the Brits Town Planning Scheme, by the rezoning of Erf 436 Brits, from
               “Special Residential” to“Special for dwelling houses, offices and professional rooms” (with a maximum
               Coverage of 60%, maximum Floor Area Ratio of 0,8 as well as a maximum Height of 2 storeys).
               The Map 3 documents and the scheme Clauses of the Amendment Scheme are filed at the offices of
               the  local  Municipality of  Madibeng, and are open for inspection at normal office hours.  This
               Amendment is known as Brits Amendment Scheme 1/703 and shall come in operation on the date of
               publication of this notice.
