LOCAL AUTHORITY NOTICE 84 OF 2016
          
                             NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF A TOWNSHIP

The  Maquassi  Hills  Local Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section  69(6)(a) read with Section
             96(3) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), and read together with
             SPLUMA (Act 16 of 2013) that an application for township establishments for the township referred to in the
             Annexure hereto, has been received by it.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at  Mrs J Rudman of  the
             Department  of Corporate Services, Maquassi  Hills Local Municipal Offices, 19 Kruger Street,
             Wolmaransstad, for a period of 28 days from 17 May 2015.
             Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing  to the
             Director Corporate Services  at the above address or at  Private  Bag  X3,  Wolmaransstad,  2630,  within  a
             period of 28 days from 17 May 2015.
