Kennisgewing 1/2016 26 No. 7621 PROVINCIAL GAZETTE, 1 MARCH 2016 DR NE BLAAI-MOKGETHI MUNISIPALE BESTUURDER PROVINCIAL NOTICE 29 OF 2016 TLOKWE CITY COUNCIL POTCHEFSTROOM AMENDMENT SCHEMES 1892, 1928, 2063, 2064, 2066, 2071, 2072, 2087, 2088, 2089 AND 2096 It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of Section 57(1)(a) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that the Tlokwe City Council has approved the amendment of Potchefstroom Town Planning Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning of the under-mentioned properties from their present zonings to the new zonings, as indicated below next to each property, subject to certain conditions. Map 3 and the scheme clauses of the amendment schemes are filed with the Directorate, Department of Local Government and Human Settlements, North West Provincial Administration, Potchefstroom, and the Municipal Manager, Dan Tloome Complex, corner of Sol Plaatjie Avenue and Wolmarans Street, (PO Box 113), Potchefstroom, and are open for inspection during normal office hours. These amendments are respectively known as Potchefstroom Amendment Schemes 1892, 1928, 2063, 2064, 2066, 2071, 2072, 2087, 2088, 2089 and 2096.
